W12 series four-roller rolling machine is of the function of both prebending and bending . And the machine is composed of : main driving device, up-roller device, down-roller device, side roller device , overturning device , machine frame , machine base and balanced system.
1. Upper, lower and side rollers adopt high quality carbon steel, processed by the technology of forging, tempering, rolling depression, with good comprehensive mechanical performance, high strength and abrasion resistance, suitable for heavy load work with long service life.
2. It is with convenient centering, producing high precision products. It also can correct the rolling defects like twist angle, misalignment etc .
3. The surplus straight edge is small, it is the ideal equipment for rolling round, arc, conical work-piece.
4. The electric control system adopts the PLC programmable logic controller of Japanese Mitsubishi Company. With touch screen display, process parameters can be stored, the operation is simple with high efficiency.
