The equipment uses digital intelligent automation technology to accurately transport the panels, webs and other components of the T-profile to the assembly position, and uses auxiliary equipment such as positioning devices and clamping devices to ensure the precise alignment and firm combination of each component during the assembly process, and finally starts welding. The equipment consists of an input roller conveyor, a T-beam assembly machine,an output roller conveyor, an RGV removal trolley, a bracket, a hydraulic system, an electric control system and a welding power supply. Both the central and offset T-beams of the web can be assembled and welded.
Processing Flow
First, place the panel on the input roller conveyor, which is automatically centered by the panel centering mechanism, and then place the web on the magnetic suction automatic feeding position and automatically f lip it, so that the vertical roller of the trolley box rotates 90 degrees and stands on the panel, then exits the magnetic suction, and the conveyor roller conveyor sends the workpiece into the T-beam assembly welding machine. After the workpiece enters the T-shaped steel assembly welding machine, the end face flushing device makes the end faces of the panel and the web flush, the side pressure wheel group uses the oil cylinder as the power to press the web and the panel, the lower pressure wheel uses the oil cylinder as the power to make the web and the panel fit together, and the welding extends into the welding. After welding, the workpiece is transferred to the bracket by the removal trolley.
