This adjustable welding rotator consists of lead screw adjustable type and bolt adjustable type. It is used for welding of round cylinders. By moving the roller groups according to different diameters of work-piece, the center distance can be adjusted to suitable for the work-piece with diameters. The adjustable welding rotator consists of powered rotator, idle rotator, driving reducer system and control system etc.



1. Driven roller frame and idler roller frame box-shaped base structure by good force, not easily deformed, can move freely on the track to adjust the distance between the roller frame, and can be easily fixed to the rail, positioning accuracy, easy to adjust.
2. Roller material is high-strength steel castings ZG45, having a large strength and wear-resistant, long life and other characteristics, suitable for large and heavy work-piece.
3. It adopts double driving, the 2 rollers are driven by 2 sets of motor via reducer, with stepless speed adjust by frequency converter.
4. It adopts elevating type for anti-creep, by using one roller's up and down work to adjust center distance of work piece to coincide with center line of rotator, thus to realize anti-creep purpose.
5. The sensor adopts Germany NOVO Company's high precision displacement sensor with high precision, long service time and good linearity etc.  
6. Electric control system equipped Siemens or ABB low voltage device, with high stability and strong anti-jamming capability.
7. It is equipped with detector which can test axial movement professionally and can calculate according to detection signal to control the creeping amount of work-piece. This device is easy to install and convenient to adjust.
