BP steel sheet shot blasting machine is mainly used to clean the surface of steel sheet and small profile beams. After clean by steel shots, the rust, oxide skin can be removed, the materials anti-wear strength is improved, the surface and inside and inside quality is promoted. 1. This equipment is widely used for chemical, ship yard, metal structures, steel products, rail vehicles, engineering machinery and bridge industry.
2. The arrangement of chamber and shot blaster is confirmed after shot blasting simulation by Solidworks 3D dynamic software, there's a certain angle between shot blaster and work-piece.
3. The input roller and output roller are driven separately. The wheels use thickened seamless pipe welding structure. For the shot blast room roller, it is covered by wear resistant cast iron. The using life of this wear resistant cast iron outside with long service life.
4. It adopts new type impeller head has a large shot quantity, high efficiency, good sealing and long life.
5. The dust-collection efficiency is 99.5%, dust-discharge density is lower than ≤100mg/m3.
