Product Description

CNC Steel Plate Cutting Machine

1. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved, it features compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and artistic appearance.
2. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam and moving of transverse torch adopts Japan Panasonic servo driver and motor which drives Japan SHIMPO reducer through rack-and-pinion gearing.
3. The side of driving end beam equipped with horizontal guiding wheels which can make the guiding wheel press rail tightly by adjusting its eccentric shaft, therefore, the stability and accuracy during the whole moving can be assured.
4. The longitudinal guide rails are all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way.
5. The longitudinal guide rails are firmed by pressing plate backing board and connecting sleeve, which can ensure the longitudinal straightness and parallelism of rail.
6. Automatic igniter and height controller of torch can be chosen according to customer's requirement, with convenient operation. 
7. There's backfire arrester equipped on the torch which can prevent the safety hazards during cutting process.
 

H Beam Assembly Machine

1. This heavy duty H beam assembly machine can produce H beam with larger size according to customers requirement, the maximum size of web height can reach 3 meter. 
2. The automatic centering of flange and web adopts hydraulic motor and gear, with high centering precision and good retentivity.
3. This machine is equipped with auxiliary supporting device for large web.
4. The material of pressing wheel, guiding wheel and main transmission wheel is 40Cr, with high frequency quenching process on the surface, has the advantages of good abrasion resistance and long service time. The main transmission wheel uses integral forging processwith good pressure resistance and high abrasion resistance.
5. This machine adopts centralized lubrication system, it can ensure that the wide distributed lubrication points can be lubricated well, and realize the purpose of good lubrication, reducing abrasion and prolong service life of the equipment.

H Beam Welding Machine

This machine is mainly used for submerged arc welding of assembled H beam, the working principle is as following:

1.One H-beam steel placed on workpiece support frame with 45°, which is suitable for boat welding

2.Gantry welding machine walks on rails at adjusted welding speed
3. Use SAW welding to weld two seam
4. Arc-guide frame automatic seam tracking
5. Flux automatic feed and recovery system


H Beam Straightening Machine

1.The mainframe is integral frame structure with stress relief, it is processed and shaped in one step by CNC floor type boring and milling machine, with the advantages of compact structure, strong strength and enough rigidity.
2.The main cylinder adopts high quality sealing ring with good sealing performance, which can ensure long service time. There's fine filter equipped on the pump station which can ensure electromagnetic valve is more e for long-term use
3.There's dial for all the adjusting motion which can ensure convenience and accuracy.
4.The straightening roller adopts shaft box structure, so it have big loading capacity. There have hydraulic cylinder in shaft box, it can adjust the distance of two upper straightening rollers, which is stable

H Beam Shotblasting Machine

Shot-blasting machine is a kind of shot-blasting equipment, which is applied to clean the surface of steel structure welding
work-piece, H-style steel, plate and other profiles. It can clean away rusty spot, rusty scale, welding slag on the work-piece
surface, as well as welding stress, in order to remove stress and improve surface lacquer quality
and rot proofness of steel structure and steel.
1. The arrangement of chamber and shot blaster is confirmed after shot blasting simulation by Solidworks 3D dynamic software, there's a certain angle between shot blaster and work-piece.

3. The separation device uses the most advanced full curtain type shot and slag separator, the separation efficiency can reach 99%.
4. This shot blasting machine is equipped with automatic fault detection and alarming, has the function of time-delay and automatic stop running after alarming. 
5. It adopts filter cartridge type dust collector, dust emission within 80-120mg/m³, which can improve the working environment 
6.The thickness of shot blasting area≥12mm, equipped with high interchanged Mn13 protective plate, has more than 3 years of service life.
7. Shot blaster adopts QZ3204 curve vane with precision manufacturing. The wearing parts has long service life, easy to replace.
